Project Story

Story

FleetPulse was shaped as a practical operating layer for logistics teams that need to understand fleet status, act on route and vehicle risk, and move quickly between daily dispatch workflows and leadership reporting.

The product combines a marketing landing page with a full operational dashboard. The landing page explains the platform through fleet-specific proof points, while the dashboard turns those same signals into actionable workflows for operators, supervisors, maintenance teams, and leadership.

Challenge

Fleet operations teams often work across fragmented tools for vehicle tracking, route exceptions, maintenance queues, fuel variance, driver behavior, and reporting.

The challenge was to create one clear product surface that could support live dispatch decisions without feeling like a generic SaaS dashboard. The experience needed to help teams quickly see what is happening, understand what requires action, and move into the right workflow.

Response

OOLA structured FleetPulse around a command-center model with clear product positioning, dashboard hierarchy, and connected operational modules.

The landing page introduces FleetPulse as a fleet operations command center, using active vehicle coverage, delivery risk, fuel waste, maintenance blockers, and KPI reporting as the core story.

The dashboard translates that story into a dense but readable workspace with metric cards, live monitoring, route progress, vehicle health, driver safety, fuel analytics, repair approvals, reporting queues, and AI recommendation briefs. Each section is designed to connect signal, context, and next action.

Outcomes

01

Clearer operational visibility across active vehicles, route pressure, service blockers, and dispatch windows.

02

Reduced workflow fragmentation by connecting fleet monitoring, routes, maintenance, fuel, drivers, and reports in one interface.

03

Faster decision-making through contextual action panels, priority badges, live alerts, and AI recommendation briefs.

04

A scalable product foundation for future modules, role-based access, team governance, and executive reporting.
